He attended University of California, Berkeley, Williamstown Theatre Festival and also at American Conservatory Theater.
Chris first acting role came in 2003 in a episode of ER. The same year he also appeared in episodes of The Guardian and CSI: Miami. After playing short cameo on several movies, he landed his major breakthrough when he was cast as James T. Kirk in Star Trek series.
